Thread: config file permissions

  1. #1

    Default config file permissions

Hi Admin - I'm a bit queezy about leaving config.php at 777 but I can't find instructions for final settings - do you have a link to that info? If not, will the site still work if I set config.php at 755

Yeah, I know what you're saying. I'm not too keen on keeping it at 777 either.

I just changed to 755 and it seems to work.

Admin, please let us know if there will be any problems having it at 755

You can change permission of config.php to 644 only read access is required after installation is finished.
