I did install the script at videoperso.com
I am unable to upload videos
Fatal error: Class 'ffmpeg_movie' not found in /home/.morna/videoperso/videoperso.com/upload.php on line 192
my hosting says "The server already has ffmpeg installed."

ffmpeg-php is not installed on your server. If it is installed, you will be able to see it in phpinfo.
