help:some thubnails, some no.?

Hello everyone, I have the 2.6 Vshare up running and designed, i love it, but i have noticed some of the thumbnail pics show up and some dont, can some one help me to figure what I can do for this problem?

Logi to admin area = > Site Configuration = > Site Settings => Miscellaneous Settings = > Create Thumbnail with => Select mplayer and save. (if you are using mplayer ,selcet ffmpeg or ffmpeg-php)

Video Management = > All Videos = > select the video you need the thumb= > on the bottom you can Create Thumb
