Default Upgraded to v2.5 (Convert Started)

I just upgraded to v2.5 and my videos are stuck in the queue at Convert Started.

This is what my Cron says when it runs:

    cronjob started
    Video (85) Conversion starting...
    File: /home/porkdcom/public_html/usctube.com/video/6b01bc81ecaf97ea80d8588685be4cb9.flv
    -------------------------------------------------------------
INSERT INTO video SET UID='2', title='USC takes the field vs. Notre Dame', description='USC Trojans taking the field vs. Notre Dame, 2006. Senior night.', keyword='USC Football Coliseum Trojans Notre Dame 2006 taking field senior night', channel='0|1|0', addtime='1191133962', adddate='2007-09-30', vkey='795401443', type='public', active='0', approve='1'
    -------------------------------------------------------------
    Video id: 44
    Calling ffmpeg-php -> ffmpeg_movie()

The conversions worked fine with version 2.4

Your video is waiting for approve.

Approve it, then enable Auto approve in admin area.

I just checked and my videos are not in the Approved area. Also, I have it set to Auto Approve (Enabled). In the process queue it sits as Convert Started. I had citrex look at it and they said the crons are executing properly.

    I am a bit lost!

Problem solved! I was running the crons manually to test the software. Well, apparently I was doing it too quickly, as when I let the crons run every 5 minutes as suggested everything works perfectly. It is my fault!

    Everything is good now!

    Thanks,

    Ashley

You don't have ffmpeg installed on the server "NOW".

    http://usctube.com/phpinfo.php

If you have ffmpeg-php installed, your phpinfo will show ffmpeg like

Contact your web host to get ffmpeg-php fixed.
