uploading and internal 500 errors cracked

hey people anyone having the same problmes i had evertime i uploaded i had an internal 500 error my hosts told me

Normally when you upload a file it does not actually keep the script running. But most video sites have an upload indicator and this keeps the script running. In order to keep our servers from crashing we limit scripts to not run for more than 15 minutes. In most cases this does not cause a problem but with video sites and clients with slower upload speeds it can.

well it took 17 mins to upload a 35mb avi file so they set the time out for 30mins instead just thought id share this little bit of info with u
