In vShare admin area set the following

    Site Configuration = > Site Settings = > Miscellaneous Settings = > Video Processing

    Site Configuration = > Site Settings = > System Settings = > Auto Approve = > Enable.

    Try again to upload videos

After uploadin video login to admin = Video Processing = > Process Queue = > click Convert now

i've already done all of these. I tried again form other pc s but sometimes happens the same thing. That wouldn't be problem if somebody uploaded short length video but if somebody wants to upload a long video and he has to wait for several minutes and the video will not be uploaded he'll never visit my website again

If you are having problem with big video upoads ,the problem with the upload limit.

To upload big video files, you need to edit php.ini file in your server.
