Upload failed

Hello everybody,

I'm from Italy, sorry for my english. I've a problem with upload video.
When I import a video i'have this msg "Your video is currently being processed and will be available to view in a few minutes"...but also after many hours there's no video uploaded. ?!

This can happen if video conversion failed.
