in which file name that you want to upload?

try this:

-open a ftp software
-go to public html
-include
-settings
-open video_conversion

$cmd_all = $cmd_mencoder;

change it to

$cmd_all = $cmd_ffmpeg;

Thanks all,It is fixed. The paths were wrong, they are:
ffmpeg : /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg
Mplayer: /usr/local/bin/mplayer
Mencoder: /usr/local/bin/mencoder
flv3tool : /usr/local/bin/flvtool2
