As i can see from http://video.bizhat.com/rated/ the top rated videos do not work.
Why?
It show all videos that have 5 stars rate.

Example
this video is number one and have two rates.
http://video.bizhat.com/view/199/innertuber-wipes-out/

this video is number two and have one rates.
http://video.bizhat.com/view/200/news-reporter-pranked/

this video is number five and have two rates.
http://video.bizhat.com/view/275/hotels ... owned-lol/

As i can see top rated don't count how many rates have been done. But shows all videos that have 5 stars rate even they have been voted just one time from video ID 1 to xxx.


Note: this is not a good rating system because if there is a with ID 5000 and has been rated 100 times with 5 stars it will not be in the top rates.
