Converting Error

I've recently been getting the below error when trying to convert mp4. Even when I upload FLV files the import process will not complete.

I opened a support ticket and was asked to change the CHMOD on some folders - I've done this but still getting this error, can anyone help?

Very close to giving up on this script completely.
