Payment table is missing from database

There seems to be a bug in the admin section.
When the payment button is clicked, an error is logged because the payment table is missing.

When is the payment table supposed to be created?

I already did.
And had submitted another one earlier but never heard back. It is disturbing to figure out that perhaps a response is not coming from the support team for something like a non-existing table in the db.

I just need the "payments" table schema.
