User has more than 1 photo

I know there is a way to do this, is there any mods out there currently? All i need is a user to be able to upload a photo to set as there background image. I know how to link a URL to display as a background image but i wanted to have everything contained within the site itself.

Or even if a user could have a photo gallery of some kind per profile would be nice.
