Your video is currently being processed

I uploaded a video and then i get the message Your video is currently being processed and will be available to view in a few minutes. I look and there is no video. When i go to the process queue there is a conversion error error. So i upload it again and the second time it uploads. It does this every time. What can i do? My site url is lottavids.com. you can test it out yourself.
