Conversion error

My site was running perfectly till a few months ago. I just checked in and see that since past few months all videos uploaded are still in process queue showing "Convert Error".

Convert error mostly caused by ffmpeg/mencoder.

Check the log file in templates_c/debug.txt

See if the convert command works on your server ?

You need to run convert command on ssh prompt and see if its working. You will get convert command from debug.txt file templates_c folder.

Checked the debug file. Some of the conversion errors were coming because users were uploading files with spaces in it.

However Vshare was uploading these files with hypens replacing the spaces ( a known bug) and then searching for the original filename with spaces.

Could you tell me how I can fix this.
