    Default Fail to open file

    ERROR: Failed to open /home/XXX/domains/XXX.com/public_html/vshare/templates_c/55f23838fb2025eaf03d35c9a030a103.params

After uploading a file this message will show. This happens especially after uploading a "big" file.

From the FTP, can see that the file is uploaded onto the server, but not too sure why this appears and the video is not shown on the site.

This can happen for one of the following reason.

    1. The path set in uu_default_config.pm is wrong.
    2. You pressed back button or refresh, so video already processed and no longer available.
    3. Problem with uploading

In FTP check if this file is available. If yes, your upload was successful.

ffmpeg-php is unable to create thumbnail for your video. You may need to reinstall ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php, see
