With regards to your last posting, if you do not know if your host meets the requirements, then chances are that they do not, which is why your installation isn't working. Most web hosting services do not offer the software required to run vShare. If they do, you would know it because they usually post that directly on the hosting pages that they offer that type of specialized service.
