I've done, but for now everything is in manual mode.

I convert the videos that I upload to 3gp, then upload to an external company and assigned the code equals the number of video on my Vshare site. Then, through a code in the template, I display a image to download the video next to flvplayer.

It is annoying to do so, but would do better to wait for the next version.
