Is the server that you moved to running Plesk? If so, check to make sure that your files under the "cgi-bin" are in the real cgi-bin folder, which would be /var/www/vhosts/domain/cgi-bin (not /var/www/vhosts/domain/httpdocs/cgi-bin). Once you move the files to the real cgi-bin folder, it will work as expected.
