ERROR: Failed to mkdir /path/to/templates_c/: No such file or directory

the site is http://www.MalaysiaYouTube.com

Yea, I got his error.

My Questions are:

#1:On Cpanel Servers, it will be

/home/YOUR-CPANEL_USERNAME/public_html/templates_c/

I am using dreamhost and they do not use cppanel....HOW DO I GET THAT FILE?
