Increase size of Profile Pic

Can anyone tell me how to increase the size of the profile pic? Or, make it so the image can be clicked to open a new page with the larger pic.

Select the Databse in pahpmyadmin
click the table "sconfig" and edit the following
max_img_size
img_max_width
img_max_height

Thanks for the help, but that didn't change anything. I doubled the values and the pic stays the same - even after refreshing.

Edit the user.tpl file in template folder add the width and height to the following
[img]{$photo_url}[/img]
