When I click on dowload I get this

When I click on dowload I get this:

You don't have permission to access /video/running_bear_babe_quality.wmv on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Have you deleted uploded video from "video" folder ?

Try upload a new video and see the same thing happens. Also check if you have .htaccess file on video folder, default installation have .htaccess file on "video" folder that prevent download of source video file.

The htaccess file is ther and within that it says "deny all" so i gather that is the issue, so what is the point of having a switch to allow downloads if that access file is stopping all?

Or am I missing something here?

Or is there a setting for members only? to download or some other setting?
baffled.

Would be grate to have a manual somewhere to help as all....

Delete .htaccess file from video folder, it will work. This feature is an extra, not used by all as it can use up more bandwidth. The .htaccess is a protection to prevent video downloads. If you need to allow, you need to delete the .htaccess file.

Could this be a feature then?
IE:
Where there is a setting to which groups or say members only can download or pay mebers or something along these lines?
