chancing signup form

i want to add First Name Last Name Telephone and Address information to signup form.
but i cant do that because signup.php is protected with zend.

i need help for this
we will use this site for video contest
so its important personal information.

I would contact admin and see if he can make you a custom form.

Alternatively, you can make your own php page with the form, using your sql info and just replace it.
