Surely your products would be classed as "Non Tangable goods!" in other words chargebacks would not happen, another way is to offer membership, that way you are covered, membership would come into non tangable goods, where chargebacks cannot happen with paypal.....

Back to your skins, users cannot really see the whole template working, you have 1 index page that is it, I would of thought serious skin designers would let users see all the working, and also make sure it is at least all browser compliant.

I do my own work such as here > http://www.abeez.co.uk But have never had time to finish, a lot of work went into changing a lot of the cssm and changing mot to tabless layout.
