video upload problem

hi i have a video upload problem on my adult site http://www.videoflask.com

if i upload a video it does not work as it tells me that the file is not there but if i upload it again it works it is if it is looking for the file before it have uploaded i have asked for help with this in the past but with no luck at all.

Make sure that you have ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php installed on your server and the paths are reading properly.
