watermarks?

As usual I'm probably not enabling some admin function or doing something correct, but I see no watermarks on any videos when I play them.
Yes, I uploaded a watermark image from admin area and made it small enough to not disturb the video viewing but still see nothing.
Everything else works fine except for that one thing.
any help would be appreciated......

Try to aceess sitename/templates/images/watermark.gif after the watermark logo uploaded to images folder.

Yes, the watermark.gif does show there in folder, now what?

For sure you have the hotlink protection, try to desable it or only the *.gif files from it..

In include/player.inc check watermark.gif there ?

Try to upload a video from your pc .

The videos uploaded from youtube(remote upload) not showing your watermark logo.
