If you cant support a file then dont use if in your software.

After looking on a wef hundred sites on .httaccess file creation it looks like this is not a standard configuration and no one can make it work on sub domains or redirects. "WTF".

It seems some file is emcrepted that we need to see to fix it...

I sure am glad I paid for this software!
