FYI: Just so y'all know, the instructions for installing the skins are on the same page that the skin is on plus the OP contacted me and I re-sent the instructions. Customer Service is my top priority!

Installing skins is a snap. 1) Make complete back-up of original files. 2) Upload and overwrite the new files (you get from me). That's all there is to it. :D Takes less than 5 minutes. Doesn't matter if it's ascii or binary.
