Smarty.class cach? problem

When i enter to edit "\include\smarty\libs\Smarty.class.php" to add caching system i have a problem with banners, rating system and tags, the banner are in a different place and rating system,tags want show at all. why? :(

Please make sure you have properly uploaded all the files.Transfer mode must be in binary

I have done that but the same thing again.

I think that cashe system on vshare do not work 100% :( .

Cashe system is the main update that is needed in the next version.
Why?
I have a server Intel Core2 Duo 2.2GHz and 2GB RAM, I have only 1 site there with v share.
When the users are 200 online the server is very slow and some times the script ca not connect to SQL. It makes more than 500 connection in SQL with 200 users. :(
