Does anyone actually download these things? There are few things I dislike more than having more toolbars cluttering my browser. About the only way I ever get one installed is when it is done without my consent, such as with a Y! Messenger upgrade, and the first thing I do (after muttering a few obscenities) is to delete it. I can think of only one time when I intentionally installed a toolbar, and that was for Stumble Upon.

So what I'm wondering here is if you get enough people actually using this thing to make it worth the time that you put into it.
Well, I have had pretty decent success with mine. I have had about 1400 installations. I have about 100 active users and that make about 1-2 dollars a day. It was easy to setup and I get new users everyday. For me it was worth it. I think it all depends on your sites content and the type of visitors that your site gets. My sites lend themselves to the use of the toolbar so it works for me.
