Upload video not working

upload video from PC, or from youtube all not working. Anyone can help?

ffmpeg orffmpeg-php is not working properly on your server.
You need to install ffmpeg-php on you server for working vshare script

When I try to upload video I get this error message:

Progress Bar Error: Failed to find flength file..

Can anyone help me?
