strange file in my admin folder - please help

I am finding a new file .leechprotect-conf in my admin folder. Is that a hacking attempt. please reply.

the file has the following code:

i think your doubt is right!! because i coudn't find any file name like "leechprotect.conf" in admin folder and vshare also.
Please cheack it properly then remove it!!

yes because vshare don't use the file like leechprotect.conf.
please remove it !!and cheack your Admin folder for any other anonymous files like thais!!
