Hmmm, don't you honestly think that 200 mails per hour is enough? I mean, think about it this way ....
Lets say you had 1000 users on your site. What are the chances that at least 200 of them, every 5th one of them, would be using the email service in the very same hour? Heck, even if you had 2000 or 3000 users, I can't imagine that 200 PER HOUR each and every hour isn't enough to handle their mailings? If you're hosting with above mentioned company, getting another mail server won't help you since 200 mails per hour is exactly that ... even if you had 5 mail servers and each of them only had 40 mails per hour ... you'd still end up with a total of 200 mails per hour. Think about it. Perhaps switching to a dedicated server would be a more appropriate step in the direction if you really have that many users? Then you wouldn't have to worry about such restrictions anymore.
