Blank title, description, tags ?

Hi i thought i had finish making my vShare look all nice but i didn't actually upload any videos, whenever i upload a video, or anyone else, the title is blank and no i didn't type no title.

I press upload and it starts uploading...
Then it says my video has finish uploading and here is your link and my link is: http://********.com/view/2/-/
Ok, well then i click on the link the video plays fine but there is no title, description or tags for it, i have tried to upload several videos i have even got so annoyed with it that i reinstalled the vShare script, well guess what, same problem.

I need someone to help me.

I have the same problem using standard upload method. When I got to Admin Panel newly uploaded videos don't show up. They're not listed on the main page under Recent Videos either..
