It is possible to add seesmic to vShare. However, it's not going to be simple. The problem is that the only way for seesmic to be affective is to upload your videos to seesmic, embed them into your vShare application, then plugin the comments to seesmic. This would require a lot of custom integration and, to an extent, may not be easy as the seemic API can only be received via an invitation. Seesmic has created official modules for blogging programs so if you are wanting to run a seesmic-based video site, you may be better off using Wordpress (which is free) or some other blog that seesmic has created a module for. Otherwise, trying to do it with vShare would be very costly.
