Even with an HD skin (i.e. a skin that supports the HD button), that does not make your videos look any better than they do today. All it does is toggle between two copies of a video. You can have one copy that is designated as low quality and another copy that you encoded in high quality (or even HD). You will need two copies of the same video to fully utilize that functionality.
