One thing that I noticed is that there are some color variances between the background and the thumb nail that is not contrast enough. When I look at it on my desktop (which has a high quality screen), I can see the contrast between the black and the gray. When I look at it on my laptop, I can barely see that there is any difference. You may want to readjust the contrast level so that it can be seen on lower quality screens.
