No Thumbnail with Youtube Videos

Hi,
When I embed a youtube video the film plays fine but creates no thumbnail, unless I manually download the image first then add it

I tried the vshare test ands got the following

Before - ffmpeg_movie(1.wmv)

FinishedCould anyone tell me what this means, and is this the reason i'm not getting thumbnails for youtuve videos?

Your video is too small, there may be not be enough key frames to create thumbnail, can you try uploading the video to http://video.bizhat.com and see it works ?

Hi, this video was the video in the vshare test zip file you had posted on another page
If I try embedding a youtube file, which displays no thumbnail where do I go to see what the problem is?
