There could be a ton of different reasons why it is sitting at the conversion started screen. If it is at this screen, your cron job is running. If it is not completing, this usually means that you have a problem in your conversion tools (mencoder, ffmpeg, etc). Do you own the 10gb.in domain? Are you on your own server or are you using a shared host?
