How to make the Vshare "fullscreen"?

I have the problem that one video on my server is 16:9. I must size up the player.
But if I do this, this happens:


which div I must make bigger? I don´t find it :(
I want that the grey background doesn´t appear. The complete site shall "stretch" over the monitor.

Sorry for my english, it is hard to describe what I mean ;)
