My dedicated server uses 1400gb a month, with 10,000 members and grows rapidly. Im also on a 100mb pipeline, costs an extra 20 a month.

Are there 10.000 members on the vshare clone script? Or all in all.

Do you know what traffic peaks you get? How many mbits/s? And how many users that were online?
