Thank You for Your help.
I had to install sql files manually and created a config file .
Now the site works but cannot convert files to flv.

In earlier version, I was at least able to see the convert command output.But this time cant see that too. Cant convert, cant do nothing.

Staying with 2.6 seems the best option for me.

i few months too late for me i ll make an other choice fresh install with 2.7 is not at all recommended see my previous post about embed code and thumbnails and no answer from support....

I have succesfully installed 2.6 on the same server.
It's very obvious that the box has all that it needs.
Sad but true.. I cant install 2.7.
