Default Why so many issues in IE?

This probably wouldn't be a big deal if I and many of the members on my sites didn't use IE...but why don't features for this script work in IE? They work fine in firefox, like the RSS and the player showing up...Are there plans to fix this because it's annoying that when you go to watch a video you get a white page where the player should be, no matter how many times you refresh the page it remains white/blank :(

I am using IE 6.0 and what's happening different than the original poster, for me, is that I have to hit the refresh button in order to see the video player. When the page is first visited, there is no video&player showing until you hit the refresh button.

The big problem is that IE doesn't read HTML, CSS correct etc...

So, if you have a good programmer who's making proper code...
    It won't work in IE....

So, you have to add "fixes" to deal with IE....

Wouldn't be a problem if IE wasn't the most used browser at the moment...
Just too bad it's not following HTML standards...

    Solution:

    http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

I build all my sites optimised for FireFox only.
Screw Internet Explorer, it sucks ass.
If it cant comply and display dooodley squat properly I wont support it.
Every other browser like Opera or Avant can display things correctly so why is IE different, Oh yeah I forgot, Its made by MicroFlop.
Just look at Vista for an example of their standards. It doesnt work properly, its not properly supported and yet it's flooding the market.
Ideal for those of us that repair and maintain PC's cos it's money for old rope. Not so good for the end user, but MicroSquat don't give a toss about making products that do the job, they just want $200 of your hard earned for a buggy product.
Besides, IE is one big security hole waiting to be exploited.
It has to have more patches than a quilt.

Get Firefox and build for a res of 1024 x 768 and you're laughing.

IE Sucks... Down with Micro "Big Brother" Soft.

Well, as mentioned, IE is a widely used browser (as much "suck ass" as it may be, that is the reality).

Is there a "fix" for this, at least, until the authors of vshare can address the issue? Is there something in one (ore more) of the .tpl's or the CSS that I should add/change?
