I have this problem as well. Ran the install.php file twice too:

ERROR: Unable to execute query
SELECT * FROM `videos` WHERE
`video_view_time`<>'0000-00-00 00:00:00' AND
`video_type`='public' AND
`video_active`='1' AND
`video_approve`='1'
ORDER BY `video_view_time` DESC
LIMIT 0, 4Unknown column 'video_view_time' in 'where clause'

Upgrading from 2.6 to 2.7.
