Help me with convertion (bugs)

I purchased VSHARE last july 08, 2009 and up to now i have problem with video convertion, my weebhost server already upgrade the FFMPEG with GD Support, hope you can help me please, maybe its a bug or you can fix it for me! i already try all the video file types and still i dont have success, even a FLV video types i also failed, i am just waiting for my webhost to verify if Mencoder can convert video to FLV and if does it is your turn for fixing my problem, this is the log i gather in FLV type,:
