my mplayer, ffmpeg, ffmpeg-php, mencoder is updated still can create thumbnails

Good Day, my ffmpeg version is already updated to version 0.6 still it cant create thumbnails, any support?

Login to vshare admin area

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with:

Set it to mplayer and see if that works. If not reinstall mplayer and ffmpeg from SVN. make sure you install GD and php-gd before installing ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php, if you have latest mplayer from SVN, it should work.

i have no access in installing such program. my host install it for me! i forward your message to my webhost, and hope he will reinstall it again with the following instruction,
