Upload page not working properly

After I type in the video name, description, etc, when I click on the 'Upload' button, the page shows a white blank page. I wonder what's wrong?

My server is CentOS 5.2, with Apache serving dynamic scripts and lighttpd serving static contents. CGI has been enabled as well.

Anyone knows what may go wrong with my site?

If you are getting a white page, chances are you are getting an error in PHP but have display errors turned off. Turn on your PHP display errors and it will tell you exactly what is wrong.

yes, there is a PHP error with my upload page. Problem solved after I chmod a directory to 777.
