    Change permission of following folders to 777

    cache
    chimg
    flvideo
    include
    photo
    templates_c
    templates
    thumb
    video

    Set 755 permission of following folders and files

    cgi-bin
    cgi-bin/ubr_upload.pl

    Upload a test video and check it working or not.
