Problem uploading file

First of all I am running into so much trouble with this script it isn't funny. As soon as I solve one problem another occurs. So this time it is: it will not let up me upload any files. It tells me this:

Please enter a video title with minimum of 15 characters.

It doesn't matter if I enter 15 or more, it keeps telling me this message an I cannot get past it to get a file uploaded to my site.

EDIT: It won't even work when I try to upload it through FTP. When I go to import it, it tells me please wait a few minutes while the video processes. So I waited about 30 minutes to 1 hour. It never imported it and deleted it from my FTP.

Still you have the problem with video title and video import ?

It lets me import now :) but I can't add it physically with the upload button on the site.
