How do i get rid of the watch upload share

Is there away to get rid of this cause its really annoying and not needed on my site.

Edit the index.tpl file within your /templates directory. Search for all instances that the Watch, Upload & Share words and Image codes are drawn from, and remove them.

The Videos Being Watched Right Now code is either located in your index.tpl or header.tpl, also within your /templates directory, I forget which.

Adjust the code accordingly.

Is it possible to make the videos being watched now flash background to transparent because i cannot find it?

If you cannot find a way to edit the small bit of code that represents the Videos Being Watched Now snippet, then you're out of luck. I personally know of no way, but sure it is most definitely possible. Not without writing code that is not already there, however. (Nothing can be 'edited' or quickly added, it would require a code rewrite).
