If you cannot find a way to edit the small bit of code that represents the Videos Being Watched Now snippet, then you're out of luck. I personally know of no way, but sure it is most definitely possible. Not without writing code that is not already there, however. (Nothing can be 'edited' or quickly added, it would require a code rewrite).
